Ercilia joined Maris Mozambique as an accountant in 2018 and is now credit controller at MMO Limitada. She has a BA(Hons) degree in Accountancy and Auditing from Pedagogic University and is in the final year of a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from the Apolitecnica University.

Assucena worked as an Administrator at Mozambique Managed Offices before moving to Maris Mozambique in 2016 to join the accounting team. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the University of Sao Tomas.
GENERAL MANAGER KAIA VILLAGE (QSS), MOZAMBIQUE
Eva joined Kaia Village (QSS) in 2015 from a high-end events catering company in the UK, which she founded and managed. She also has professional experience in the public sector and has run a UK registered NGO focusing on health and education in rural communities.
GENERAL MANAGER MOZAMBIQUE MANAGED OFFICES (MMO), MOZAMBIQUE
Sany oversees MMO’s serviced offices, facilities management (FM) contracts and project management. She is an HSE practitioner and championed MMO’s ISO certification. Sany joined us in 2013 as an office manager and was assigned to GE’s FM contract as a Facilities Manager the following year. In 2017 she was promoted to GM. Previously she worked in real estate and mining in Portugal and Mozambique. Sany holds a diploma in Business Management.
