Since we founded ALP in 2016 it has grown to become the largest quality warehousing and logistics park business in Sub-Saharan Africa. ALP Nairobi north is Kenya’s first international standard logistics and distribution centre, with 47,000sqm of grade-A standard warehousing. It is the first in Africa to achieve World Bank EDGE building sustainability certification. Phases 1 and 2 of ALP Nairobi West are now complete and construction has begun on phase 3 of this100,000sqm logistics and distribution complex – set to become the largest in East Africa.
